
The 2023 IN Alliance of YMCAs’ Staff Assembly is May 3-4, 2023, at Purdue University’s Stewart Center. Combining Executive Conference and Program Rally into one, this event brings together our CEOs and key leadership staff to share best practices/emerging trends, empower Y teams by equipping them with tools to take back home and implement, and advance professional development skills. We have a range of topics slated for this year’s event all related to our theme of Culture Is What You Make It.
