The 2023 IN Alliance of YMCAs’ Staff Assembly was held May 3-4, 2023, at Purdue University’s Stewart Center. This was a new event this year, combining Executive Conference and Program Rally into one. We brought together our CEOs and key leadership staff to share best practices/emerging trends, empower Y teams by equipping them with tools to take back home and implement, and advance professional development skills. We had over a dozen speakers and our Keynote, Peyton Stovall, who addressed topics that were designed to help our Ys create the culture they desire.
This was the first event the Alliance has had to cap due to venue capacity, which pushes us to find an alternate location for the event in 2024. We have linked below the slide decks for a few presenters. We will add others if they are shared with us.
